How the F**** Am I Going to Eat All These Dates?!
Not all of us soon-to-be mommas like eating dates.
I've heard them described as on overweight raisin. And even as a vegan who eats A TON of fruit everyday, I still cannot bring myself to sit down and snack on those Medjool dates! And then I found a way to make them into a delicious smoothie!
Danielle's Date Smoothie
6 Medjool Dates
2 cups of Almond/Rice/Coconut Milk
1-2 spotty bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon
ice cubes
Place everything into a blender on high. May need to add more milk if consistency is too thick for your liking. And enjoy!
